Throughout your day you will need to consume 3 litres of water

 

Breakfast

First thing in the morning you take your nutrition, with some water and protein.

Morning tea

At Morning tea you have half a piece of fruit.

Lunch

At lunch time you have a few supplements(Nutritional support), protein (chicken, fish or red meat) and ONE vegetable.

Afternoon Tea

Another half piece of fruit for an afternoon snack.

Dinner

For dinner you have more protein (not red meat this time) and ONE vegetable, plus some more supplements(Nutritional support).
