Spicy Pork & Apple Rissoles

500g Pork Mince

1 Granny Smith green apple (cored and finely chopped with the skin on)

1 tbs onion flakes

1 tbs parsley finely chopped

1\2 tsp chilli powder or flakes (Optional)

1\2 tsp Tumeric 

1\2 tsp cumin 

1 tbs smoked paprika 

A pinch of Pink Himalayan salt


Step 1

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.

Step 2

Roll the mixture into 10 balls and flatten them to make a patty type shape.

Step 3

Fry in a frying pan over medium heat
